I have a problem with my pro account.
I have accidentally upgraded to a business account which was unwanted and thereafter I have deleted the organisation that was created for my account but now my account is back to a basic level. The system wants me to pay again for the pro version for which I have been subscribed already and all my snippets are locked.
Can you please help me as soon as possible. Thank you.
