Colors and Highlights not working on certain websites

Colours and highlights are not working in Zendesk. Can this be resolved?

Unfortunately, this is intended behavior from Zendesk's side, as per their support article from September from last year.

I recommend contacting Zendesk support to see if they can change this behavior on their end. When Text Blaze snippets are inserted, the formatting can only be preserved if the receiving platform supports it.
