Allergy Testing HPI.
Patient with multiple symptoms of environmental allergies. The patient has been treated with multiple medical treatment modalities, without significant improvement. The patient would like to be allergy tested to identify specific allergens that might be amenable to other treatment options including avoidance techniques and immunotherapy (subcutaneous and sublingual).
