5. OTHER PRODUCTS/MEDICATION: Are you using any other medications or topical products (like hair gel, colour, or oil) alongside Traya?=
6. IMAGES – Ask for the image of affected areas. =
7. Are boils pus-filled? Are burning, itching, and redness present apart from boils?=
8. Where exactly are boils and itching located – diffuse vs localised (only on areas of minoxidil application)? =
9. Are you using anti-dandruff shampoo? If yes, what is the frequency of usage, and how long have you been using ADS? =

RG: - Levocet 5 mg once a day + T bact cream twice a day for 3 days
- If pus-filled boils – Cap Augmentin Duo 625mg twice a day for 5 days + T Bact cream
- Counsel well that it is a known side effect of minoxidil; whenever extreme, they can use T bact as and when they keep getting boils
- Do not touch the boil again and again; avoid spicy and oily food at least for a couple of days.
- If using ADS thrice weekly for more than 2 months, advise to cut down frequency to once weekly for a month and stop if DD is completely gone.
- Calamine lotion for dryness. If pus-filled boils – T Bact cream.
- If rashes without pus and inflammation are present - Hydrocort 1.0% cream.
- If sticky DD with itching present along with itching and painful boils without pus – Zydip C lotion.
