They are likely not current at the time of the readers review of this note, as they are only a snapshot in time and do change at any moment. They are presented per CMS regulations but, PLEASE, do NOT use this listing for ANY care decisions. Always refer to the facility MAR, or ask a staff nurse for an accurate and up to date listing of medication before deciding those care issues.
