Ear Lavage
Presents with {cursor} for bilateral ear lavage; referred by
Has/Has not been applying drops of oil for {cursor} days.
Ears assessed before procedure:
Right canal is{cursor} and TM is {cursor}
Left canal is{cursor} and TM is {cursor}
Using a 30cc syringe with warm water, lavage performed, {cursor} times on right and {cursor} times on left.
Results:
Procedure tolerated well/was difficult.
