Impacted cerumen to bilateral ears. Debrox drops used in bilateral ears for 5 days. irrigated with 100ml warm water and 30ml H2O2 mix together. Ear wax seen in return upon irrigation. Can visualize pinna and canal is free of impactions. Reports improved hearing bilaterally. Tolerated procedure well.
