Patient will be (I) and pain free with overhead reaching
Patient will report a decrease in use of pain medication / anti-inflammatory due to symptoms
Pt will report ability to participate in desired leisure/social activities with (I)
Pt will report ability to complete home management tasks (vacuum/dust/dishes) without increased symptoms
Pt will report ability to complete meal preparation tasks without increased symptoms
Pt will report ability to complete grooming tasks (shave/wash&style hair) (I) without increased symptoms
Pt will report ability to manage pain when completing ADL/IADL tasks
