Congrats on your upcoming listing and welcome to the team!
WHAT I NEED FROM YOU TO LAUNCH THE LISTING:
1. A submitted Listing Start Form (this can be found in Agent Tools within the listing deal address - its underneath the rectangular buttons in the top middle of the screen. Once you click "submit" I get an email and begin working on the file)
2. The listing paperwork emailed to me (bookmark and review this template when drafting the listing paperwork. Since Redfin's paperwork differs significantly from other brokerages, this template shows you which document fields need to be filled out and which fields you can skip.
***You don't need to do anything else in Agent Tools, I'll handle the rest.
HOW TO DRAFT A LISTING PACKAGE WITH REDFIN:
STEP 1: SIGN IN TO REDFIN OKTA AND GO TO Docusign.net
STEP 2: OPEN TEMPLATE (see pic below)
STEP 3: OPEN THE FLORIDA LISTING PACKAGE (see pic below)
STEP 4: SELECT APPROPRIATE FORMS/DELETE UNNEEDED FORMS & ADD ME AS THE LISTING COORDINATOR.
***As a reminder, open this template while drafting the listing package and it will tell you what needs to be filled in and what doesn't.
