To implement this we need the following:

- {formmenu: None; default=Contact Sales; Direct Response; Score Up; Event Engagement; Sales Requested; name=MQL Detail}
- {formmenu: Open; default=MQL; Qualified; name=Lead Status}
- Creation of Event Trigger Indicator
- Route intercept Leads with the {formtext: name=Source Detail; default=Source Detail; cols=50} to {formtext: name=Country & Role Name; default=Country & Role Name; cols=100}
