I am so sorry for any confusion! Thank you for taking the survey. We have to process the survey and send them out to a third-party company that we use to purchase these gift cards. We do this roughly once per week, due to the volume. I say this to say, you shouldn't expect your gift card to be sent out right away and you will be notified by email once it does.
