Possible IPP
Hello {formtext}. I am messaging you to let you know that you are currently in week {formmenu: default=21; 20; 19; 18; 17; 16; 15; 14; 13; 12; 11; 10} of being active. You are also almost {formmenu: default=4; 4.5; 5; 5.5; 6; 6.5; 7} weeks behind pace. These segments are set up to be completed in 16 weeks. You are only {formtext}% complete. You shoul be at {formmenu: default=90; 85; 80; 75; 70; 65; 60}% complete. You currently have {formmenu: 20; default=19; 18; 17; 16; 15; 14; 13; 12; 11; 10; 9} assignments left. At this point we would have to give you an Individualized Pace Plan (IPP) to follow. It would require certain assignment to be completed by certain dates and if the plan is not followed then you would be withdrawn. It would also require communication 2 times a week. I will give you the opportunity to get more assignments done by Monday. I do not want to have to go to a plan but we have to make sure students are progressing at the proper pace. You are able to complete up to 3 assignments a day if you want. The pace plan would be set up to ensure you are completing the 2-3 assignments a week. To avoid this, try to get 2-3 more assignments completed by Sunday night and have your DBA scheduled.
