Assessment:
Plan: Video conferenced with pt and reviewed findings. Discussed SRx and updated, adaptation to SRx to be expected. Ocular health within normal limits to extent seen today. If any flashes of light, increase in floaters, or changes in vision, see an in person eye doctor immediately for DFE. RTC 1 year or PRN.
