share with customers so they can report bugs to support for investigation

To help us investigate quickly, could you send an email to support@dovetail.com with the following:

  • A quick description of what's happening and what you'd expect to see instead
  • Screenshots or a screen recording (full screen if possible)
  • The browser URL of the affected doc, channel, or project
It would also help to grant our support team temporary access to your workspace so they can dig in directly. To do that (you'll need to be an admin):
  1. Go to Settings in the top right, then click Account in the left nav
  2. Select Support access and click Grant support access
Once granted, the team will have access for 7 days or until you revoke it - you can track the remaining time from that same page.
