share with customers so they can report bugs to support for investigation
To help us investigate quickly, could you send an email to support@dovetail.com with the following:
- A quick description of what's happening and what you'd expect to see instead
- Screenshots or a screen recording (full screen if possible)
- The browser URL of the affected doc, channel, or project
- Go to Settings in the top right, then click Account in the left nav
- Select Support access and click Grant support access
