The Zero Card is an added health benefit that your employer is giving its employees. We are totally separate from your regular insurance.
We cover some surgeries/procedures, advanced imaging (MRI, X-rays, Ct scan, Ultrasound) & blood work with facilities that we are in-network with & everything we cover is covered at 100% you will never have to pay a co-pay or meet your deductible.
The best way to think of The Zero Card is that if your doctor ever orders you to have anything to be done please call us first before scheduling anywhere so we can let you know if we cover what you are needing to have done or not & if we do cover we will let you know what facilities we work with & if you would like to go to the facility we work with we will start a referral for you to them & cover it for you at 100%.
