Create website link using clipboard item

Please can somebody point me in the right direction?

How can create a snippet that creates a clickable webpage link which has a clipboard text inserted? For example:

https://myURL.com/(clipboard item)/theRestOfTheAddress

I'm sure this must be possible, and I think I may have missed something.

Hi @Anon_Brown Welcome to the forum! :slight_smile:

Try this:

My link is: {link: https://blaze.today/{clipboard}/link/}link{endlink}

I have used the {link} command. You can press the "Copy to Text Blaze" button to copy this to your dashboard.

Awesome, thank you. I didn't realise that I could insert text-based commands inside of Widgets (is that the correct term?)

Thank you again

We use the term 'chip' the most. 'Capsule'/'bubble' also work fine. I think Widget sounds cooler than others, so feel free to call it that :slightly_smiling_face:

As I understand it, pretty much anywhere you see a textbox in the snippet editor, you can put Text Blaze commands inside it.
