I started using the google pack for adding names and I tried it and it doesn't seem to work for anyone. Have other people seen problems with this and does it work for you?

Which Gmail command are you using? I've tested the command pack now and it looks like it's working for me.
What error do you get when you try to use it? If possible can you share a screenshot of Gmail showing where you are trying to use the command pack (please send us an email rather than posting here if the screenshot contains any private information).
