Importing data from medical record

Good evening! This might be a bit of a stretch, but I am hoping it is possible to speed up our history taking process and summaries. Please refer to the images below (the first is a close up of the area we would like to get data from, the second is a zoomed out picture that includes some other components of the medical record):

Is there a way to grab data from within the "Pertinent History section only? For example, we would like to grab data from the current medications list and then on a form have it auto fill in: Previously on Bravecto and strongid T, any other recent medications? Or previously Fluffy was indoors only, any changes to lifestyle? These are just text fields within a medical record so there will be other areas within the record that say things like "lifestlye status" or "medications. Is there a way to just pull the text from the Pertinent history box (which always has the same formating)?

If you are using this on Chrome, extracting data is possible. In fact, I would suggest you can also use AI Snippets to summerise information in the format you want. It's going to be very much useful for usecases like yours.
