Insert meeting times from google calendar into text blaze

I want to insert meeting times in text blaze from google calendar. I would have a drop down in my textblaze listing the different assignment names, and then I would like to autopull the next Meeting (we call them live lessons) that have the same name.

Example snippet
Your next assignment is {formmenu: name=livelessons;1.04 ; 1.06; 2.01; 2.05; 2.06; 3.02} The next live lesson for this assignment is {date for meeting with matching numbers }

Hi Christiana,

Not sure I fully understand the question. Could you provide a bit more of an explanation? Are the "1.04" in your example dates? And then you have meetings in Google Calendar on those dates and you want to reference them?

The meetings on my google calendar are named for the lesson they cover. We call them live lessons. My google calendar basically has this:

Monday 9/21

2.06 (Seg1) @ 11AM EST

1.06 (Seg1) @ 4PM EST

Tuesday 9/22

6.06 (Seg2) @ 4PM EST

Wednesday 9/23

6.05 (Seg2) @ 11AM EST

3.02 (Seg1) @ 4PM EST

Thursday 9/24

5.05/5.06 (Seg2) @ 4PM EST

2.01 (Seg1) @ 5:30PM EST

My current snippet that I send out to my students is this:
{formtext}, {formtoggle: name=work}let's get {formtext: name=assignment} done today! {if: {=assignment}=1.04}Here is the link to the help video: https://bit.ly/v24_104Tutorial. {elseif: {=assignment}=1.06}Here is the link to the help video: https://bit.ly/v24_106Tutorial.{elseif: {=assignment}=2.01} Here is the link to the help video: https://bit.ly/v24_201Tutorial. {elseif: {=assignment}=2.05}Here is the link to the help video: https://bit.ly/v24_205Tutorial. {elseif: {=assignment}=2.06}Here is the link to the help video: https://bit.ly/v24_206Tutorial. {elseif: {=assignment}=3.02}Here is the link to the help video: https://bit.ly/v24_302Tutorial. {elseif: {=assignment}=3.05}Here is the link to the help video: https://bit.ly/v24_305Tutorial. {elseif: {=assignment}=4.04}Here is the link to the help video: https://bit.ly/v24_404Tutorial. {elseif: {=assignment}=5.02}Here is the link to the help video: https://bit.ly/v24_502Tutorial. {elseif: {=assignment}=5.05}Here is the link to the help video: https://bit.ly/v24_505Tutorial. {elseif: {=assignment}= 5.06}Here is the link to the help video: https://bit.ly/v24_506Tutorial. {elseif: {=assignment}=6.04}Here is the link to the help video:https://bit.ly/v24_604Tutorial. {elseif: {=assignment}=6.05}Here is the link to the help video: https://bit.ly/v24_605Tutorial. {elseif: {=assignment}=6.06}Here is the link to the help video: https://bit.ly/v24_606Tutorial. {elseif: {=assignment}= 6.07}Here is the link to the help video: https://bit.ly/v24_607Tutorial. {endif}

What I would like to do is have date and time for the live lesson for the assignment number I put in pop up just like the help video does in this snippet. Basically I would like to have the outcome for the snippet to look like this:

Jonny, let's get 1.06 done today! Here is the link to the help video: https://bit.ly/v24_106Tutorial. Alternatively, you can attend the live lesson for 1.06 on Monday, September 21 at 4 pm EST.

My actual snippet has more stuff in it, but this is the part that is relevant to what I am trying to do.

The closest I have gotten to getting the live lesson date and time to auto-insert is this with the help of Gemini:

Select Live Lesson: {formmenu: name=live_lesson; 1.04; 1.06; 2.01; 2.05; 2.06; 3.02; 3.05; 4.04; 5.02; 5.05/5.06; 6.05; 6.06
}{note: today = timeformat(now(), "YYYYMMDD")}

{if: live_lesson = "1.04"}
{if: today <= "20260928"}• 9/28 @ 11AM EST
{elseif: today <= "20261012"}• 10/12 @ 5:30PM EST

{endif}

But it still doesn't work. And this requires me to go in every month and manually change the dates and times. I am trying to find way to reduce my time spent, not add another item to my to-do list.

Thanks for the additional information, Christiana.

You might be able to do that using our site command to pull the contents from Google Calendar.

I think it could be difficult, though.

You could also use the formdate command to enter a date in your snippet. If you knew the times off the top of your head, you could select the right time when you use it:
