I installed Text Blaze on Parallels/Windows and my MacOS. It appears Text Blaze in both operating systems is accessing the same Text Blaze cloud account. However, Text Blaze works in Parallels/Windows but does not work in MacOS. Do I need to set up separate Text Blaze accounts for each operating system? That doesn't seem right so I am thinking some other issue is at work here. Thanks for any help on this!

You should not need separate Text Blaze accounts. To help us understand what is going on, can you tell us more about how the Mac side is setup? Do you have our Chrome Extension installed or our Desktop Mac app?
Also on the Mac side does it work in Chrome? And does it work in another app like TextEdit?

Hi Scott, thanks for your rapid response. It is your Desktop Mac app. I do not have Chrome installed. Just tried it in Text Edit and it works. Also, it now works in Safari/Gmail and Messages. It did not work in either 30 minutes ago.

I use Textblaze (desktop app) in Mac and windows (with parallels), too.
In Windows every Shortcut results in two snippets. I think it´s because the Mac app sends it to windows, too. Do you have a solution? Is it possible to prevent the Mac app from reacting to shortcuts in windows?

Thank you for reporting the issue. Currently, we do not support disabling Text Blaze desktop in specific apps, but it is on our list of new features to come. There is no ETA for this feature.
For now, I suggest uninstalling Text Blaze for Windows and using Text Blaze for Mac instead. Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Unfortunately when I disable Textblaze for windows the substitutions of Shortcuts often does not work. Textblaze for Mac seems to work with the clipboard when it is accessing windows in parallels. And often not the substitute text for a shortcut is what I get but instead nothing or the text residing in the clipboard.
