As an admin, is there a way to recover a folder of an employee who is no longer with us?

Did the employee leave your Text Blaze Business organization or did they also delete their Text Blaze account itself?
If the Text Blaze account still exists, you could consider asking your IT team with help in accessing their account and thereby exporting those snippets.
I let my team know they can log into their accounts. Thank you!
