Thank you for contacting Restaurant Care regarding the new sales tax remittance laws. Orders on Grubhub will still be calculated the same way, so they will not be considered a tax exempt sale.
Colorado state law requires that we send the collected sales tax for your restaurant directly to them. You will still receive your normal payout minus Grubhub fees and sales tax.
At this time our tools do not have this functionality to separate different levels of tax, but you are more than welcome to combine them all into one rate if you would like to.We will be sure to reach out to you once this feature becomes available, in the meantime you can call us at 877-799-0790 to update the sales tax rate.
