Sharing folders with Org

Hello Text Blaze community,

I would like some clarification on how sharing folders with my organization works. I've referenced this page: Text Blaze | Managing Teams and Organizations with Text Blaze Business but it doesn't contain the answer I need.

I created multiple folders and shared them all with my organization (as seen in the image below). However, my team members cannot access these folders and they never received an invitation to enable them. Do I have to "Copy link to folder" and provide them each link manually? Essentially, I would like to understand the purpose of granting editor access to my organization via the share settings of the folder, if my team members can't automatically access it? What is the benefit of sharing with the organization vs sharing with each individual team member?

I know there is the option of using the Default Folders but I don't want to use that feature since it separates it from the main section where folders go. In addition, the webpage I linked earlier states: When using default folders, all members will be granted View access to the folder and its snippets. But in our case, members are able to add / edit / delete snippets even though they don't have editor access to the folder. Is this because their role in the organization is already set to "Editor"?

Hi @bsanzrod - when you share a folder with a team, they will not receive a notification, but the folder is still shared with all of them.
Send them the URL of the folder (in email or chat). They will be able to see the folder and enable it in their account.
