Show Notification After Applying Snippet

Hey! So this explanation is pretty simple, but not sure if it's actually possible.

I'm trying to see if I could show a notification or pop-up, similar to the one shown when using the {error} command, 5 minutes after I apply certain snippet.

Sure!

After I send a customer a message, I have to wait 5 minutes before closing the case.

I wanted to see if after you send the last message, I could set up kind of a "reminder" to let me know time's up to close the case.
