My snippets are working in Gmail, but after the recent update, they are not working in Microsoft Word or MS Outlook. What happened and how can I fix this?
hi @mike1 - if you're looking to use Text Blaze outside of your browser, make sure that you have the desktop app installed (Text Blaze: Snippets and Templates for Windows or Text Blaze: Snippets and Templates for macOS)
I have the desktop version installed, and of course, now it's working. I don't know why it stopped working, and I don't know why it started again.
