Text Blaze works in Microsoft Edge?

I am having issues when I try to use my shortcuts in Edge, mainly on the Office websites, like Excel or Word.
Every time I have to reload the extension or have the dashboard open and click on it so that I can use the snippets, is Text Blaze compatible with Microsoft Edge?

Text Blaze extension should work fine on Microsoft Edge. Can you please share exactly what is the issue when you use Text Blaze snippets on the Word online website?

I use my snippets for my work; I created many shortcuts to leave notes faster without copying and pasting. Specifically on the Excel website, the snippets won't work unless I reload the extension or click on the dashboard, which I always have open.
I have to do this every time I want to use a snippet; I don't get any error, it's just when I try to use a shortcut, it doesn't work on Excel.

Thanks for the info. Does it make a snippet trigger sound or show any confetti when you try the shortcut in Excel?
Can you share a screenshot of where in Excel you are trying your shortcuts?

After reloading the extension or clicking on the dashboard, it works.

This happens only in Excel. After using the form, I have to reload the Text Blaze extension every time, and when I try again, it works, but seconds later, it won't work again. ↓↓

I've reloaded the extension and the snippet worked, but only after refreshing Text Blaze. ↓↓

Thanks for the details. That's quite unexpected. I just tried Text Blaze in Excel Online, and it works fine on my end. It looks like Text Blaze doesn't even detect the shortcut in your case. I will email you so we can set up a quick Google Meet to troubleshoot this further.
