Troubleshooting-- new snippet not working

Hello!
I have used textblaze for almost a year now.
Today, I created a new snippet, and it isn't working when I try to enter it.

I have restarted, erased and tried again, but to no avail.

Any ideas on how to trouble shoot?

Hi @A_Touch_of_Magic_Ent - you might have a conflicting shortcut.

Here's a video that explains how to find out whether that's happening, and if so, how to fix it:

If that doesn't help, usually reloading the extension should do the trick. To do that, just right click anywhere in a website, choose Text Blaze from the context menu and click "Reload extension"
