I've received a shared folder. However, whenever I try to trigger with the mentioned keyword, there are no actions. If I create a new snippet, that works. However, the shared folder snippet is not functioning when I trigger it. Please suggest.
Hello @user716 and welcome to the forum.
Make sure you enabled the folder that was shared with you by clicking Enable folder. Once you do, it will show up at the left navigation bar and the snippets should trigger.
Can you also try signing out from dashboard.blaze.today and then signing back in?
