[Urgent] Issue with TextBlaze in Gorgias

Hi guys.

I use TextBlaze every single day and today it decided to act up, making my job a whole lot harder.

Could you please help? Basically, when I use any snippets in Gorgias (our ticketing system), the line height is changed to double or to a paragraph. Here is a better explanation:

It was working fine until I clocked out yesterday and it seems to be fine on other websites too.

I've tried to restart my PC, tried it in a different browser, cleared cache and nothing has helped.

I've also just checked the Elements panel and see that it indeed changed the div class. How can I prevent this from happening?

Hi Dan,

Thanks for the detailed report. I have just checked it. Both the previous extension version as well as the new extension version have the same issue in the Gorgias textbox.

So, I believe there's a new update to the Gorgias textbox causing this problem, rather than an update to Text Blaze. We will look into it soon, but I don't have an ETA for the release of the fix at this moment.

Meanwhile a workaround is to remove all formatting from the snippet by selecting all the contents and then pressing the Tx button in the snippet:

Thank you for the speedy reply. I happy that you managed to replicate the issue, as that was my main concern. Sometimes, when it's only happening on one page, it's hard to provide a solution and I am positive that Gorgias support would be useless in this case.

I hope that there is a fix for this and that it doesn't take too long. I've tried removing formatting and it works in some of them, but our signature, for example, has an image and we use it on every ticket we reply to. :disappointed_relieved: We also have a lot of them with hyperlinks or specific formatting that is necessary.

It seems the Gorgias website's textbox has been updated again, and this time, the issue has been fixed.

So I am marking this topic as resolved. Feel free to post again in case you face a similar issue on Gorgias.
