Hi, When I first used TB it was possible to have snippets with no shortcut. This was useful as I use TB as both a library of text snippets that I'd infrequently use, as well as for regular text substitution that I use frequently.
It seems this has been removed and you now need to enter a unique shortcut for every snippet. Is there any way around this ? I currently just enter "junk" shortcuts to make them unique.
You are right that all snippets currently require a shortcut. As you note, you can just use a "junk" shortcut that you would never type for the ones you don't want to trigger.
Please allow us to create snippets with Blank Shortcuts.
TextExpander allows it.
It's useful because i prefer to Open the Blaze Search Bar with the ShortCut, Search the snipped there, and click enter.
For example i seach for "bank account" and it displays all my bank accounts:
Bank account... ING
Bank account... DB
etc.
i can't remember so many snippets, and create "Junk" shortcuts is innefficient.
