Assistance with creating basic dropdown menu

hi! I am wanting to create a snippet that allows me to pick an option and it will then turn into a snippet.

For example: On the snippet, I pick the phrase "flagging complaint" and it changes to

"Complaint: input the reason for the escalation
Reason: input info by customer"

Any help on this?

I want it to pick the word or phrase and it pastes the saying for it.

You can select an option from a formmenu and the text to insert will be chosen based on that.

Once you have set up your formmenu, you can click this menu option to quickly create and if-else command to go with it:
