Can not add the snippets

I just purchased the pro version, added the extension to chrome, but can not add snippets to my Gmail or Google docs, screenshot below.
also, snippet expansion shows disabled in my extension.

Is it just in Gmail and Google Docs? Have you tried elsewhere in other websites? I apologize if this is an obvious question, but I want to make sure I don't miss any steps.

Thank you, I created a video describing (and showing) my issue, it does not work in any application other than the preview window in Text blaze.

I have sent that video to Text Blaze support email address, because am not sure if there is a way to chat privately right here.
