Canot Cancel Sub, Account management not clear

Hello. Could anyone help me. I’m no longer using Blaze. I’m trying to stop the sub. I don’t see where this is done. I’m getting charges. Do I need to delete permanently? The website account section does not show anything clearly

If you have a Pro account, you can cancel your subscription on this page by clicking the "Downgrade to Basic" button.

If you are on the Business plan, you will need to delete your Business Organization at the bottom of this page.

If you email support@blaze.today with your account email, I can look into your issue further and check what subscription you have.
