I'm a Physical Therapist and, in my notes, sometimes I need to write PT, meaning me or another therapist, or sometimes pt, which is shorthand for patient. I can't find a way to do it in this program, but the last program I used had that ability and I really appreciated it.

In your case, the example snippet would look like this:
{if: {snippet: trigger} = upper({snippet: trigger}); trim=yes}me or another therapist{else}patient{endif: trim=yes}

This works! Thank you! I would love to see a simplified option to click whether something should be case-dependent, but I'm very appreciative of you helping me figure out how to do it for now.
