On Chrome OS (tested on “Stable” v73) it does not seem possible to import snippets via drag/drop of a .csv file from the “Files” app (Chrome OS Finder equivalent)

Thanks for the feedback Charlie.

To address this, we've just launched a feature that allows you to click on the import area to open a file selection dialog. This should work in ChromeOS.
