Collapse/expand toggle blocks

Allow us to add collapsable/expandable toggle blocks like the ones of Notion, into our snippets, so that we can easily read our long snippets.

When we trigger the snippet, all its toggles could be output/pasted in an expanded way.

You can use the {formtoggle} command to expand and collapse part of your snippets.

It's a bit different from what you are asking for though as the contents of collapsed {formtoggle}'s are not inserted on insertion. Maybe it could make sense to do something like add a setting to formtoggles that would always insert them whether or not they are expanded.
