Cancellations are requested 14 days before the 1st of the effective month. Unfortunately, your payment for {formtext: name=month} is already non-refundable. Please finish all remaining lessons by the end of {formtext: name=month} to maximise your tuition.
Please note that your Atom Home is a separate subscription. As such, if you need this cancelled, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to your parent portal by entering your email and password.
- Once in the portal, click on the profile icon on the top right-hand side of the screen.
- Select Settings.
- Under Student Details, scroll to the bottom of the screen and select 'cancel subscription'.
- Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation.
