Thank you for getting in touch with us. I'm sorry to hear you wish to cancel your subscription. May I know the reason behind this decision? I'm concerned, especially since your subscription's initial term ends in (month) so this is an early cancellation.

Cancellations are requested 14 days before the 1st of the effective month. Unfortunately, your payment for {formtext: name=month} is already non-refundable. Please finish all remaining lessons by the end of {formtext: name=month} to maximise your tuition.

Please be aware that there is an Early Cancellation Fee (ECF) because you're on a {formtext: name=subs term in mos}-month subscription term. This is equivalent to {formtext: name=regular lesson rate; default=£} (normal lesson rate), less your discounted lesson rate of {formtext: name=discounted lesson rate; default=£} (because you're on a subscription), and multiplied by the lessons already completed. At the moment, I'm seeing {formtext: name=completed lesson count} completed lessons + {formtext: name=upcoming lesson count} more lessons this month. With the {formtext: name=total lesson count} completed lessons, the ECF comes out to {formtext: name=ECF; default=£}.

Please note that your Atom Home is a separate subscription. As such, if you need this cancelled, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your parent portal by entering your email and password.
  2. Once in the portal, click on the profile icon on the top right-hand side of the screen.
  3. Select Settings.
  4. Under Student Details, scroll to the bottom of the screen and select 'cancel subscription'.
  5. Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation.
