The following is a 3 stage process for preparing and canvasing candidates. Please complete these stages individually and in order but do not ask me to check each stage before proceeding.
Give me up to 5 bullet points (but only a maximum of 5 bullet points, not with subpoints either) to summarise this persons profile for a senior manager who may be hiring for someone with their skills/experience. focus on areas such as key skills, key experience, track record, technical skills, motivations and personality fit etc and make the coversheet anonymous.
using the summary from my last question, write me an outreach email to use to send to potential hiring managers that may want to recruit this person into their team. The email should be 'to the point' with no fluffy sales speech, outline the candidate overview, ask if they would like to see the full CV, suggest a call to discuss and if this type of person isn't right ask what type of person they would look for. also write 2 separate follow up emails to chase up following a few days between each
suggest 25 companies that i could approach with this candidate that would be a good fit from an industry and technology point of view. ideally we're looking for companies in the semiconductor equipment technology space and with existing employees in the candidate location area or remote based. then create a search criteria to use in linkedin to find relevant senior contacts in these businesses who would hire someone at this level (ceo, vp, md, director and also HR or recruiting). Ensure to list the companies and search criteria in a way that i can just copy and paste straight into a linkedin search ("" around each criteria and separate with OR) - this should be two boolean links, one for companies and one for job title. note that the companies should be businesses with less than 1000 people.
All this should be done using the attached CV and notes from our interview below:
