Participant declines interest in skilled therapy reporting that all functional needs and medical equipment needs are being met. Educated and encouraged participant on routine exercise and physical activity daily to remain independent and safe in the community. Rehab to provide repairs/replacements to any durable medical equipment as needed. Rehab to coordinate with participant and care team if any skilled therapy needs arise.
