CVS Caremark recently launched a free Weight Management program and your employer has chosen to require program participation in order to receive insurance coverage for anti-obesity medications. We strongly believe that the Sequence program is the best and safest way for patients to access anti-obesity medications. However, in order to receive medication coverage, you will first need to also enroll in their free program and meet with one of their Registered Dietitians.
