I always request members call their insurance and see what is covered by their plan! We have quite a few medication alternatives: Wegovy, Saxenda, Victoza, Ozempic, Trulicity and Rybelsus. If none of those are under your formulary we also have more affordable treatment options available to you. Other treatment options are Bupropion and Naltrexone, which is the generic for Contrave, and Metformin. The cost of these medications is covered by your Sequence subscription fee, and we will mail them directly to you.
