Copy of snippet "Ma'am Sir"

Admin Notes

It is ok to use Ma'am/Sir to prevent redundancy in addressing them by their name but not mainly. We highly suggest addressing customers by their names.

This way, the conversation will be more direct as it helps in keeping their attention as if we are on the same level with them.
• Different countries, different cultures. Some nationalities don't appreciate being address by Ma'am/Sir and prefers to be addressed by their first or last name.
• Countries like UK reserves the right/formalities to be addressed as "Ser" because they have different titles in the country.
