Copy of Snippet "MC 1st"

it was so nice to meet you and work with you. Thank you for the mock class.  You created a comfortable learning environment, welcomed the student, and asked simple questions to ease her into the lesson. You prepared appropriate materials and tools to deliver the content of each slide. You had smooth transitions between slides and never interrupted the class to read the teacher directions. You used excellent phonics, vocabulary, syntax, grammar, and diction throughout the class. Your speaking speed and word choices were level-appropriate throughout the lesson. You did a great job effectively incorporating instructional and educational TPR throughout the lesson. This helped with active learning and retention. You were patient and never displayed frustration. You displayed an excellent attitude by smiling often and encouraging the student, which built a positive and fun learning atmosphere. Your energy level was great. It was especially high during the introduction, activity time, and when rewarding the student. You introduced an age/level-appropriate reward system at the beginning of the class and used it to reward the student, which led to a classroom environment that facilitated student learning. Your lighting was balanced and there were no major issues with glare or shadows. Your audio, video, and Internet connection were high quality and did not interrupt the flow of the class. You maintained a good posture and appropriate distance from the camera while teaching. Your appearance was tidy and professional for today's class. You were attentive to the student the whole time. Your classroom background was clear and not distracting. There were also no other major external disruptions during our time.

Try using a formtext command at the beginning to customize the salutation and make it more personal.

It's simple:

And you can even use a formparagraph command to add additional comments specific to the recipient.
