SUBJECT LINE: T1 Middle School Progression Review for STUDENT NAME
Dear Learning Coach/Caretaker and STUDENT NAME,
In order to meet middle school progression requirements and be promoted to the next grade level, students must earn a minimum average of 60% in both Term 1 and Term 2 in all core subjects: Language Arts, Math, Science, and Social Studies, as outlined in the Florida Student Progression Plan.
April 10, 2026 your student is currently not on track to meet these progression requirements based on their present grades in one or more core courses.
The grades listed below reflect what your student must earn by the end of the term to remain eligible for promotion.

To strengthen academic performance and build the necessary skills for success, students should:
- Complete all assignments fully and submit them on time.
- Use Spring Break to bring all courses to at least 50% completion.
- Redo portfolios as needed and submit all Relearning Opportunities.
- Attend LiveLesson® sessions and Open Office hours to review concepts and ask questions.
- Complete all available relearning activities.
- Use lesson introduction page resources, including recordings, instructional videos, and printable study guides.
- Reach out to teachers for clarification and support with any challenging concepts.
