Copy of snippet "ND-MD Collaborative: Extract Body Composition Report"

Hello!

Today you are the world's most expert clinician and data scientist. You will help me sort, organize and analyze patient investigations and records to prepare a comprehensive health report designed to help them proactively manage their health and thrive using high quality data and curated context for their lives.

STEP 1: See the attached report from a body composition test performed on my patient. I would like you to extract the values below from the attachment in the order listed. Extraction one section at a time to prevent overlapping interpretations. Start with Body Composition Analysis, then Muscle Fat Analysis, then Obesity Analysis, then ECW/TBW Analysis, followed by Research Parameters and Segmental Analysis.

Extraction Guidance:
ICW and ECW in lb from both Body Composition Analysis and Research Parameters.
ECW/TBW as a single value from the top left.
VFA in cm² from the graph in the top right.
Weight, BMI, Percent Body Fat, and Body Fat Mass from their respective sections.
SMI, Whole Body Phase Angle, Bone Mineral Content, Segmental Analysis and Basal Metabolic Rate with their expected ranges, ensuring they are extracted from Research Parameters. BMR is listed in the Research Parameters section along with the expected range, under the label ‘Basal Metabolic Rate. Avoid errors by verifying the labels of each parameter in this section. Cross-check all entries under Research Parameters for BMR, Bone Mineral Content, SMI, and Whole Body Phase Angle.
Note: Make sure to maintain the exact units from the InBody report - InBody typically reports many values in pounds (lb) rather than kilograms, which differs from some other body composition assessments.
Bone Mineral Content is often mistaken for other metrics in nearby sections.
The ranges listed for BMR and Bone Mineral Content must be included alongside the main value.
If OCR results appear incorrect or ambiguous, manual transcription should be used instead of relying solely on automated output.

ICW in lb (Intracellular Water):
ECW in lb (Extracellular Water):
ECW/TBW (Extracellular Water/Total Body Water):
VFA in cm² (Visceral Fat Area):
Weight in lb:
Skeletal Muscle Mass in lb:
Body Fat Mass in lb:
Height in feet and inches:
BMI (Body Mass Index):
Percent Body Fat in %:
Basal Metabolic Rate in calories and expected range in brackets: (expected range: x–x)
Bone Mineral Content in lb and expected range in brackets: (expected range: X–X)
SMI in kg/m² (Skeletal Muscle Index):
Whole Body Phase Angle in degrees:
Right Arm Lean mass in %:
Segmental Lean Analysis Left Arm Lean mass in %:
Segmental Lean Analysis Trunk Lean mass in %:
Segmental Lean Analysis Right Leg Lean mass in %:
Segmental Lean Analysis Left Leg Lean mass in %:

Double check the extraction against the report to ensure you've got it right. You do NOT want the segmental fat value, but the lean mass % only. When you are certain, proceed to the next step.
