Respiratory: No significant respiratory distress, no significant tachypnea, no stridor, able to speak in full sentences, no nasal flaring
Cardiac: Good facial perfusion
Skin: No, pallor, cyanosis, or diaphoresis. No facial exanthems or petechia
Psychological: Appropriate mood and affect
Neurologic: No altered mental status, appropriately conversant and follows commands. No facial droop. No slurred speech
