Here are your requirements for your PREMIUM ONBOARDING TRAINING with Square. 

Requirements:

  • Please send over the following information - 
    • Appointments Spreadsheet For Future and Upcoming Appointments: ( Must contain the following fields or we will not be able to complete the task) (if applicable)
      • Start Date / Time
      • Service name
      • Staff member performing the service
      • Customer name ( contact information will be super helpful
    • Customer Directory - export your customer list to a CSV file or excel spreadsheet (if applicable) -
      • Name
      • Phone number
      • Email
      • Customer notes (if any)
      • Shipping Address (if applicable)
    • Services Menu - all bookable services for purchase
    • Item Library - all retail items available for purchase
    • Team /Staff - all employee names, roles
 
Please email a CSV file of the retail items you plan on selling on your site as well as the services you will be providing
 
Once you have provided this information an Onboarding Specialists will follow up on your availability for training.
