Due to new regulations for the state of Arizona we will need to display your AZ TPT (transaction privilege tax) license number on your new listing with Evolve. If you do not have the TPT license already there are three ways to apply:
- Go to AZTaxes.gov and register online
- Download and complete the Joint Tax Application (JT-1) and mail to the address indicated on the form.
- Apply in person at one of the offices below:
