In order that we may provide the right equipment, experience and manpower the first time, I am going to ask you a few questions about your existing water heater. Would that be okay?
1. Do you know what the fuel source for your water heater is?

7. Finally if you are able, could you send 2 photos. One of the water heater and general area around it and the other of the model/serial tag.
